Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, so no matter what you buy, it's backed by our 60-day money back guarantee.

After you place your order, you'll have 60 days to receive and try out your new purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return the item(s) and get a refund.

If you wish to return an item or your entire order, you must first obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from our support staff. Please note, you cannot return any items if you don’t have an RMA number.

To get an RMA number, go to your orders history and select the purchase associated with the return. Then, scroll to the very bottom, and click the red “Contact Support!” button.

Create a support ticket and specify what item(s) you would like to return for a refund. Our support specialist will issue you a unique RMA number and provide you with any other necessary information for this transaction.

We aim to answer all refund requests within 72 hours of receiving the ticket.

The refund is issued to the original payment source used to pay for the order. Please note, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment source. If your payment source is no longer available to accept a return, contact your payment source provider (bank or PayPal) and ask how you can receive a refund.

Please note - in order to receive a refund, you will need to ship items back to our warehouse. We do not cover the return shipping costs. Refunds only apply to the original product price and shipping.

If you used a discount coupon for your order, we cannot refund the discounted percentage or monetary rebate. We can only refund the specific amount paid from your payment source.
